Did you know the choosen time to harvest the grape can influence the wine quality?
For a perfect grape harvest there are a lot of factors to take in consideration, but those are two tricks for expert wine growers:

- rubbing the berry, the grape skin has to left color in less than 3 seconds on paper, to understand if the substances wich will color the wine are ripe enough.

- seeds must be brown and crunchy, not green and softs, because they will let unpleasant tannins.
